Kerr exited the series in April 2021 when his character was killed off. In January 2020, Kerr was cast as PC George Kiss in the Channel 4 soap opera Holly Oaks, debuting when long-term character Nancy Osbourne ( Jessica Fox) was attacked. That same year, he appeared in the docuseries Banged Up Abroad and the ITV sitcom Zomboat!. Kerr began appearing on television with guest roles as Pete Tracker in the BBC One series Doctors, Dale Colman in the BBC series Armchair Detectives and, in 2019, played Duncan in the television adaptation of the romantic comedy film Four Weddings and a Funeral. Kerr's first credited roll is in the Robbie Williams music video "Mixed Signals". Kerr began his modeling career in 2017, landing gigs with Jaguar, Adidas, Qatar Airways, Specsavers, and HisColumn. He also played rugby with the National Youth League. He joined the National Youth Theatre of Scotland while in school. Kerr is from Musselburgh, East Lothian near Edinburgh.
